Our Reach

We deliver our products to all parts of the India via various third party courier services like Bluedart, FedEx and Delhivery depending upon availability.

Time to Deliver

The products ordered will be dispatched in 1-2 days. Exceptions can be there on Sunday and various public holidays. The delivery can be expected within 4-7 days in major metro cities and can take anywhere between 7-8 days for other locations in India,

Delays in Delivery

These are indicative & approx. values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors. 

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. 

No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. 

Tracking

You will be able to track your order on the courier company website through the code in your shipping confirmation email.  

Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are processed.

Lost In transit

We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. We will not responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select alternate product. 

INTERNATIONAL

• We deliver our products acros the world via the major and the most trusted courier services DHL & ARAMEX
• A flat shipping will be charged on the cart which will be calculated at the end depending upon the country.
• If the cart value goes above 5000, the shipping charges will be waived off.
• The products ordered will be dispatched in 1-2 days. The delivery can be expected within 10-15 days in major countries.
• You will be able to track your order on the courier company website through tracking code.
